The SPVFD is a volunteer, 501 (C) (3), fire and EMS
department with a primary response area that includes
Smith Point and surrounding areas.
This past year SPVFD has responded to approximately 13
EMS and 9 fire related calls. We are also part of the
Chambers County Mutual Aid Program which provides
backup when needed to our neighboring community fire
departments.
